For those interested in the progress of the Love MY Neighbor walk, we have made it out of North Little Rock and are on Hwy 67 headed for St. Louis, Missouri. Cant wait to see the arch. Here's a shout out to Brian. You asked me what I gained from you? I had the Universal Truth once again proven, that in spite of our colors, age, religious beliefs and backgrounds, we can rise above the lies we are fed in order to keep our species separated, and open our hearts and minds to Love and respect our individualities while at the same time reaching out to our fellow man to help each of us prosper. Our time is now to put the imprisoning lies of uniformity aside and join our hearts with a unity of purpose. I love you brother. We know what must be done to effectively heal our hearts, our communities and our world. The privilege was all mine. NAMASTE

To all my Morgellons and Lymes warriors, the Love MY Neighbor walk is for you as well. The atrociities committed against human beings all over the world in the form of medical neglect and an obstinate will to deny the truth by the Mayo Clinic, the CDC and any doctor unwilling to lol beyond the letters behind there name need to end and they need to end now! Every step of my 1200 mile journey is in honor of those who are caught in the grips of a disease that true to kill me last year. Thank you Sunny Gwen SimmonsCindy Casey for your tireless efforts at bringing about awareness.

Violence has never proven itself effective at bringing about anything other than more violence. I never met Albert Einstein but I did have the privilege of sharing time with a person just as equally wise. His name was Daddy and he used to tell me, "Son, you will always attract more flies with honey than you will vinegar." I believe he learned this the hard way like I have.

In light of the current debate in Baltimore and across the United States about the effectiveness of nonviolent or violent action to achieve change, it is important to correct several common misconceptions:
NONVIOLENT ACTION HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH PASSIVITY, SUBMISSIVENESS, AND COWARDICE.
NONVIOLENT ACTION IS NOT AN ATTEMPT TO AVOID CONFLICT. IT IS ONE RESPONSE TO THE PROBLEM OF HOW TO WIELD POWER EFFECTIVELY.

I am currently reading a book on this leg of my journey given to me by a dear friend and i want to share it with you. It is called Mother Earth Spirituality: Native American Paths to Healing Ourselves and Our World by Ed McGaa, Eagle Man.

After a two hour rest in the shade of four beautiful pine trees, a snack of sunflower kernels, three granola bars, 1 liter of water with Emergen-C (thank you Seth Wheeler for the insight) and meditation, its time to get bad on the road. Love and light to all. Love MY Neighbor continues on. NAMASTE.

Hello Family. Every day of the Love MY Neighbor walk so far has been amazing. I have to give shout outs to the wonderful people I had the privilege of meeting and sharing with today. Ken at Gander Mountain, your store is awesome just like you. Isaac, it was only a two mile ride to the next exit but the bottle of water and bag of trail mix rocked. So did your appreciation, respect and support of the purpose of our journey. Enjoy those grand babies. This walk is for them. To the firemen of Jacksonville Arkansas, thank you for your service and the offer of cpr if I pass out in the heat. Lol. And to the incredible manager of the McDonald's on main street in Jacksonville. All I can say is WOW! Holly, I just wanted to use an outlet to charge my phone and wifi. I had no idea you would go to such lengths to make it happen. The nature of your heart was humbling and made the 20.4 miles I walked today well worth it. Last but not least, I don't know her name, but to the 4 yr. old girl that walked into McDonald's with her two sisters and grandma and shouted with a big 'ol smile, "Hellooooooooo everybody!!!", every step I take is for you dawlin'. Love and light Family. NAMASTE
