Good morning Family. Love My Neighbor is back on Hwy 67 N and getting closer to St. Louis. I'd like to share with you a gift I was given last night. I kept waking up throughout the night for whatever reason. Each time I did the ground around me was illuminated as if the sun was starting to break the horizon. In my mind I would start getting prepared to get up for breakfast and Tai Chi. Then I noticed each time that the sky was still full of stars...and a very bright moon watching over me. There was one time, the last time, I found myself getting frustrated because I needed sleep, not false alarms. In my selfishness I looked at the moon and said," Come on, bro, I need some rest." The moon chuckled and replied, "Walking in the light of the sun is wonderful but it wont always be that way in life. There will be darkness and there are things you need to see there as well. You're not alone there, even when you think you are. If you will come to understand this, you will see more than you ever knew was there." That's when I rolled over and found myself face to face with a...
Lol...nope! I'll let your imaginations do the rest. Love and light Family. Namaste.

The neuropathy pain associated with type 1 diabetes is something a person would have to experience in order to understand it. I refuse to put a synthetic chemical made in a laboratory in my natural body to alleviate it when God has provided a plant that is 100 times more effective and can be grown in a garden along with other plants that are recommended and legal for keeping the body healthy. A new idea cannot be grafted onto a closed mind. Pharmaceutical companies DO NOT care about us! If they did, their pills wouldn't help with the current ailment but create a new one to take another pill for. They care about money and keeping us sick. It's time we the people start standing up for our rights as tax payers and human beings. Are we really paying these politicians salary just so they can fail us? They work for us! They are our employees. Lets not forget that. And if they aren't proving themselves productive, then lets encourage them to do so or get rid of them and find ones who will be more effective at meeting the needs of the people. It's still "for the people, by the people", right? Or have we given over absolute control of our lives to people we pay to do so. If that's what being an "American citizen" means, then I willingly turn that title in and exchange it for "Human citizen".

Key to one of lifes greatest gifts?use what you have to bless others because at the end of the day you have Will Sessions :)

1 Corinthians 13 (KJV)

1 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.

2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.

3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.

4 Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,

5 Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;

6 Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;

7 Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.

8 Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.

9 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.

10 But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.

11 When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.

12 For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.

13 And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.

Good morning Family. And good morning Missouri. Arkansas was amazing and definitely set the standard for sharing that Universal Love that the God of every religious or spiritual person is truly defined by. Lets see what Missouri is talking about, shall we?

Truth is. Religion is not. There is no doubt that our hearts, our communities and our world need to reexamine theses words without the oppresive rules handed down to us by others. If we are bold enough to do this, we will see the truth, and it will set us free.

Love MY Neighbor is in Neelyville, Missouri on Hwy 67 N. Shout outs for their Love go to Officer Bonnie in Newport AK. Mr. Bobby for inviting me to sit in the shade in his yard, drink a glass of tea and talk about skinning fish. The park rangers at Jacksonport State Park. Brenda and Barbara at the Arkansas visitors center. Even though I was leaving, you still made me feel welcome. Felicia at Stateline Restaurant. The lemon and honey water, and your cheerful spirit were rehydrating in many ways. Enjoy the kayaking. And to the Neelyville grocery store. An hour break to rest my feet and pinball. Sweet! Now its back on the road. Gonna try to bed down in the Mark Twain National Forest. I wonder what dreams await me there? Love and light Family. Namaste.

Love My Neighbor was given the incredible privilege of meeting Mike Gothard, the owner of RJ's Recycling in Diaz, Arkansas. This man epitomized the Universal Love that our walk is founded on. Family, I am humbled to tears by what he did. I had no money left, a few granola bars to eat and an aching arch. He saw me adjusting the straps on my backpack and came out of his shop with a big smile and asked where I was headed. When I told him about Love MY Neighbor, he invited me in and loved me all day. He allowed me to work in his scrap yard and I learned a new skill called "running cans." I made a few bucks. He bought me lunch. Gave me water. Took me to his home so I could wash my clothes and shower. He fed me again and gave me some granola and fruit bars for the road. Speaking of the road, I didnt even have to get on it today because he gave me a ride. What more can I say? How bout this. We can only keep what we have by giving it away. When we give away Love, we get it back abundantly. Thank you Mike. Namaste.— with Mike Gothard.

I am truly humbled after 9 days on the road to be able to do this for you. I am only one person but this is my part. I cant say what anyone else's is but what I know for certain is that we all have one. Love MY Neighbor has grown wiser in the ways of traveling on foot, stopping every hour to rest a bit, drinking half a liter of water, taking off shoes and socks to let the feet breathe and just taking care of the body. Even with type 1 diabetes the body is capable of greatness. But the physical self is not all that defines a human. If as much devotion to physical healing is given to the heart and mind, what greatness is humanity capable of then? Watching the vehicles racing by, the thought arises: Where is everyone going in such a hurry? Is their purpose and destination that of Love for humanity and our world? And what are they leaving behind? Is it Love? When we get where we're going, will where we came from be better because we were there? If Anthony Keedis we here under this bridge we might just chill a bit longer. But Love is here and down the road. It's time for another step in that direction. Love and light Family. Namaste

This is the post I was talkin about. Its wonderful!!! It warmed my heart and I know if will warm yours!!

Billie Jean Johnson
How many of you have ever walked past a hungry person and refused to feed them? How many of you have ever walked into a restaurant and refused to eat there because they allowed a homeless person to come in and sit down to eat? Or, complained to staff because a homeless person came in and ate? Friends, I really don't want to use Facebook to rant, I don't like reading rants either….but I'm very angry over what happened today. And last night. And I told God I was going to ask if any of you have done this. And He told me to pray for those who have ears but cannot hear…those who have eyes yet cannot see, those who have mouths but cannot speak. But hear this…. if I'm allowed to walk into a place of business and you are ready to serve me, and allow me to eat with a homeless man because he is WITH ME. DO NOT tell me we can't PREPAY for meals for him to COME IN and eat. Are you kidding me? If you can't serve everybody, you can't serve me. Did you know how shameful that was for him to hear you say that? Big thanks for offering to just give him food as long as he doesn't COME IN.

Oh and to the couple who overheard this conversation, I respect the stand you took by saying you wouldn't be back to this restaurant again. I pray God will bless you beyond measure because you showed our new friend that not everyone agrees with what that staff member told us (as he stood there hearing this). "Our customers are very picky and they don't like that." What is "THAT?" A person who is hungry. A PERSON who is HUNGRY. You have what they need yet you refuse to serve them, INSIDE.

There's more to this story that began last night and continued today with two of our local businesses. I won't call them out by name because God will work this out, I'm not putting them on trial on Facebook. What I am doing is asking if any of you have an issue with sitting beside a homeless man or woman or child who is hungry, INSIDE a restaurant? Will you walk by a man sitting on the steps of an eatery asking for food (NOT MONEY), and refuse to buy him supper? If so, please read these Scriptures, and if you still feel the same way, please don't go anywhere with me… these are my friends and THEY CAN SIT WITH ME.

Hello Family. Im getting ready to shut down for the night. 17.5 miles today and my heart is again overwhelmed by the opportunities I've been given to share Love with others. Shout outs go to Austin for forgetting to clock out at work and giving me a 2 mile ride to Walmart so you could. To the mom, dad and their daughter Katie. Thanks for listening and suporting LMN. I finally found an avocado soft enough to buy. Don and Juanita, your investment in those childrens hearts will do more for our world than any amount of money ever will. But to the preacher and his wife in McDonald's...thank you for being brutally honest. As you got in your Cadillac and drove away, I wiped the tears from my eyes and went ahead and used 4 of the last 15 dollars I have to buy the homeless man something to eat in spite of your telling me he wasnt worth helping. Nothing more needs to be said on the issue. When my legs get tired and my feet are throbbing and I begin to doubt myself, I find encouragement and inspiration in all forms. Love MY Neighbor will help those in need of Love where existing entities continue to fail them. In fact, I think ill just keep walking. Goodnight Family. Namaste

Good night Family. Another 20+ miles today and I'm ready to recharge for tomorrow. Every day Love puts me in touch with just the right people. Shout outs: Holly and Zack. Two unique young adults working at the Exxon in Bebee who expressed their gratitude that someone is standing up for their future. Remember Holly, its easy to forgive those who mistreat us for no reason when we realize their behavior isn't about us, its the condition of their heart. I forgave him that very moment. To react any other way than kind only contributes to the problem. We lead by example, not force. Do your thing Zack. It's what makes you who you are. Nicci Guess Rummel, Kaylee and Sara. I've never seen six more beautify eyes at one table. Thank you for listening and thank you even more for your generosity. Remember girls, positive thoughts lead to positive actions which create a positive reality. Who heard from their boy right after we parted? Woot-woot! Melissa at McDonald's, its those things in life which cost nothing that mean the most. Thanks for letting me rest my feet and charge my phone. Jed, my Native American friend, it was an honor to meet you. I'll keep my word. And Joshua Stewart AT&T has no idea who they have working for them. What you did for me was something else, but its what you were willing to do but didn't have to that says everything about you. Tom Plets I swear I met your twin today. In every way. Finally, to the elderly Hindu lady, although she will never read this, being able to stand in front of someone and say "Namaste" and see their eyes light up because no one has ever said that to her here, and to have her say it back and understand the unifying power of that word was humbling. While my body is healing my heart will be filled with Universal love given to me by a diverse group of people that didn't have to, but chose to anyway. Family, if this is possible in just one day, for one guy doing nothing more than walking and talking to folks, it is possible in every situation in every community. You are bringing Love MY Neighbor to life before I ever get to Wisconsin. I love you all. NAMASTE

Violence has never proven itself effective at bringing about anything other than more violence. I never met Albert Einstein but I did have the privilege of sharing time with a person just as equally wise. His name was Daddy and he used to tell me, "Son, you will always attract more flies with honey than you will vinegar." I believe he learned this the hard way like I have.

The Albert Einstein Institution
In light of the current debate in Baltimore and across the United States about the effectiveness of nonviolent or violent action to achieve change, it is important to correct several common misconceptions:
NONVIOLENT ACTION HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH PASSIVITY, SUBMISSIVENESS, AND COWARDICE.
NONVIOLENT ACTION IS NOT AN ATTEMPT TO AVOID CONFLICT. IT IS ONE RESPONSE TO THE PROBLEM OF HOW TO WIELD POWER EFFECTIVELY.

To the firemen of Jacksonville Arkansas, thank you for your service and the offer of cpr if I pass out in the heat. Lol. And to the incredible manager of the McDonald's on main street in Jacksonville. All I can say is WOW! Holly, I just wanted to use an outlet to charge my phone and wifi. April 25, 2015 -

Will Sessions left his home in Huntington, Texas on foot heading for Cole Watch Tower in Omro, Wisconsin. He will be making this 1100 Mile trip to help spread awareness that we are all in this together and one person can make a difference.

April 26, 2015 - Unfortunately (or fortunately) Will had a lesson to learn almost immediately: All the money in the world can't quench your thirst. Although, he could have purchased water, there was none to be found. He went 17 hours from his last drop to the next fill up. Dehydration is not a friend to our bodies.

April 27, 2015 - By mid-morning, he was in a truck stop getting the much needed drink. I do wonder if he sloshed when he walked out of there. :) He needed to recover before attempting to go on. Hey Family. I'm just checking in to let you all know I am getting back on the road. I'm in El Dorado, Arkansas. It is so beautiful out here. Even in the face of the ugliness in Baltimore. Family, if we think this situation is going to get any better or just stay there, we are mistaken. Communities are being torn apart right now and it breaks my heart. Please, in our own way, lets pray for them. They are us and we are them, and we are all we have. We must be the change we want to see in the world, in Baltimore and right where we stand. Day Three - April 27, 2015

Hello Family. After two days of walking and an interesting experience with dehydration, I have been given the privilege of visiting a spiritual retreat of sorts in Louisiana. I've been given food, shelter and water. But more importantly, I am getting to spend time with someone with a wealth of wisdom and insight that can only benefit my life and yours as well on our journey together. I will be back on the road shortly, when the time is right. I didn't get to walk much yesterday but I did walk as far as I was supposed to. I got to see the purpose of our journey together come to fruition in the way of being able to share with others many universal truths we have forgotten, as well as promote Love MY Neighbor. Most were very receptive from the start but there were a few that began our conversations with the doom and gloom, "that's just the way things are" mindset. But after open-mindedly listening to their concerns and belief systems, Spirit allowed me to share with them a new perspective on things. When the light in their eyes came on it was heart warming. I honestly don't remember how many people I talked to yesterday because there were so many I lost count. If your support and enthusiasm so far for healthier communities, as well as how interested and willing people are to talk about a viable solution to things that plague us are any indication of whether or not we are on the right path together, I have to say with all confidence we will succeed at creating a more healthy and sustainable future for the generations to come. My body is healing nicely. My mind is being expanded. And my heart is overwhelmed from all the love and support from all of you. This organization and this walk is for all of you. NAMASTE

Day Two - April 26, 2015

Will was able to stay the night in Doylene, LA at Jon's house. A gentleman that I am lucky enough to call a friend and consider him as one of my chosen family members. We love you and thank you Jon.

Hello Family. Day 1 was a success and a bit of a learning experience. I didn't realize yesterday when I ran out of water at 4pm that it would be 17 hours before my next drink. We live and learn. That mistake wont happen again. So while my body is working on forgiveness and letting go of resentments, I am done walking for the day. It would be pointless and irresponsible to try. This doesn't mean my day is done though. I've already had the privilege of speaking with a young man named Aaron, (you rock brother!), as well as an elderly Christian couple and three rough and tumble biker dudes. (only on the weekends they said, lol). So I may not be walking any more today but walking nonstop was never my intention. I'll just kick back with Ishmael and see what happens. I'm going to leave you all with this thought: When I got up this morning and took off, I didn't make it very far before I realized I was in trouble physically. I seriously needed some water. So I stopped on the side of the road, took out the few bucks I have and looked at it. Paper with ink on it. I folded it this way and that, rolled it up, twisted it all sorts of ways and even balled it up. I was very unimpressed with this god. I found it to have no worth at all. No matter what I tried, I just couldn't drink it, I couldn't rehydrate my body with it. In fact, all I could do was look at it and laugh and say, "ya know podnah, I plan to expose you for the nothingness you are. You have mankind seriously jacked up and enslaved right now and look at ya, cant even produce one little sip." Hmmph! Funny how trials can be lessons if we let them. I love you all. Thank you for your words of encouragement. Ya'll had me crying in the truck stop. Is that a country song? Anyway, its hard to keep my phone charged on the road so please bear with me. I will be posting videos as well whenever I find wifi hotspots. NAMASTE
